The Early Warning Index is a diagnostic tool that evaluates your organization's capacity to successfully identify early warning indicators. The Service includes:

• A comprehensive assessment covering 6 critical dimensions through 42 questions
• Free basic scoring and classification
• Optional paid detailed report with recommendations (€499)
• Optional paid executive debrief session (€1,500)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Keep your assessment results confidential if they contain sensitive business information

4. Assessment Results and Recommendations

Important Disclaimer: The assessment results and recommendations provided by this Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise).

The Service provides generalized insights based on your responses. Results:

• Are not a substitute for professional consulting or advisory services
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions
• May not account for all specific circumstances of your organization
• Are based on self-reported information and scoring algorithms

We recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making significant business decisions based on assessment results.

5. Payment Terms

a) Pricing:

• Basic Assessment: Free
• Detailed Report: €499
• Executive Debrief: €1,500

b) Payment Processing:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

c) Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital products and services:

• Detailed Report: Non-refundable once generated and delivered
• Executive Debrief: Refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session

d) Promotional Codes:

We may offer promotional discount codes from time to time. Codes are subject to terms specified at the time of issuance and may have expiration dates or usage limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, and software, are owned by Kenneth Dalsgaard / Early Warning Index Assessment and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Complete the assessment for your organization
• View and download your personal assessment results
• Use the results internally within your organization

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Service or assessment methodology without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• We are not liable for any business decisions made based on assessment results
• Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kenneth Dalsgaard / Early Warning Index, its contractors, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Update pricing for future purchases (existing purchases are not affected)
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Denmark.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kenneth Dalsgaard / Early Warning Index regarding the Service.
